Who was I kidding

When I first started this blog on the night Ben was born I intented to record his first two weeks or so. I must have been kidding myself that I would have the time or inclination to type when I could have been sleeping! But now he is a bit over two weeks old and I am back at work and find a bit of time to get something down.
What has emerged in the time is that Ben is a very contented baby. He does not tend to cry for long periods, in fact he doesn't cry much at all. When he needs something he will cry and when that need is met he stops crying. This is in sharp contrast to his big brother who would cry about anything for a long time and only stop when he felt like it. They do say that parents are more relaxed with their second child and that is true for us. Neither of us was/is as uptight about having a baby in the house so maybe that is rubbing off.
Well this is not much of an update but it's nearly three in the afternoon and even on a good day it's a flat part of the day for me.
